A fourth-floor apartment not far from the sea with four terraces with different exposures, to be arranged.

Two smaller terraces are connected with bedrooms of master and children; while the other two, are connected with living area, house lounge and outdoor dining room.

The problems to be solved were essentially three: raising the height of the balustrades, for the safety of the children; agree with the colors of the building; use plants and materials suitable for the climate and resistant to saltiness.
